I had to mail my license plates back to the DMV after moving and it required certified mail with a return receipt - a process I was unfamiliar with. I did my best to follow the instructions I found online, but at some point I just went up to the window to make sure I didn't do anything wrong, and the helpful person there told me exactly what to do and said I could come back and not have to wait in line once I followed the steps she gave me. Very friendly and patient people work here! Show them the same!

Restock the return bags or take the stand away. Please gauge customer expectations and don't take it personal when you have to do your job and restock. They don't have a window open for paid labels when the dropbox is stuck and doesn't open. Most of their tellers are not very friendly. Some are, but most are very unfriendly and worse: unhelpful.
