- MFMichael Fekete3 days ago1.0Waited 30 mins for the walk in passport window to open and then was told walk ins were cancelled . This is after my confirmed appt was cancelled days prior. Terrible management and terrible experience . Avoid this location at all costs.

This should have been clearly communicated before making people wait that long. It’s very frustrating and a waste of time. The staff should do a better job informing customers and managing the line.

I will be filing a police report This will be investigated I remember their faces. One of them was wearing eyeglasses. And I remember the smirk on her face when she said she will not scan my package until it is shipped out tomorrow. This was on USPS property. Everything is on their surveillance camera cameras.
