- RCRob CleozierDec 16, 20251.0This post office is painfully slow. The older woman clearly hates her job, and by extension, the customers. it really shows.
- CLChristina LiewDec 10, 20251.0Poor customer service. I went there in the AM and a senior woman was very unpleasant. She looked miserable. Didn’t even look up until I had to stand directly in front of the window. I had items to be shipped - a box and an envelope. She ended up dropping the envelope on the ground & didn’t bother to pick it up. Instead she used her cane to try and grab it. Once she saw it was an envelope, she threw it in a bin with force. She then scanned my box and then threw the box in the bin. When confronted, her excuse was “we’re supposed to do that.” There’s a difference between tossing and throwing. I get that people are miserable and probably hate their job but there is no need for poor customer service.

I came here on 9/23 for Priority Mail service, and this was honestly one of the worst USPS experiences I’ve ever had. I spent almost an hour just to complete one simple service — absolutely ridiculous. The lady at the counter threw the forms at me without giving any instructions, and every time I asked a question, she seemed annoyed. After I finished filling out each step, I had to wait about 5 minutes for her to come back each time. I never write complaint reviews, but this experience was so bad that I feel I have to. The two employees working on 9/23 were completely unprofessional, had terrible attitudes, and barely communicated. This was a total waste of my time, and I sincerely hope USPS holds them accountable — no customer should ever be treated this way.
