This hasn’t usually been the case with other locations, but they called me 4 times and kept me updated and intercepted the package on their own. I have had a couple of other issues in the past and this post office location was very helpful. They have twice called and assisted me before to help me locate other lost packages so I feel very fortunate! I recommend this station above others due to their customer service!

- XXX XAug 23, 20251.0People laughing in the back, at least three. I can see gold and black balloons on display. There’s a line of four or five people with one person working in the front. I get it. It’s the weekend— postal employees are people too. The reason I’m annoyed is because a male carrier didn’t deliver a package on Thursday, despite me being home. No one rang the doorbell. I know they were physically there because they left a slip. I went to pick up the box on Friday and was told it wasn’t there yet. I came back today, on Saturday, and was told yet again that they don’t have it to come back on Monday. So we have employees setting up a party in the back while a customer has to make three trips to pick up a box that should’ve been delivered and for some mysterious reason wasn’t. Now, contrary to the other reviews, the person who I spoke to at the counter was polite and somewhat apologetic however this is a problem nonetheless. Completely inefficient in terms of organization, and the party in the back room feels like a bit of a slap in the face.
