During my most recent visit on Monday Dec 29th, this specific employee who happened to be wearing a mask, was extremely condescending, arrogant and rude. Please learn how to talk to guests because making returns shouldn’t be so off-putting. This does not reflect the rest of the staff, but it resulted in an overall, negative experience.
