What’s more frustrating is that when the staff came to close the door he didn’t provide ANY explanation on why there was no one there during the office hour but just kicked me on. I asked for help to get a management escalation number or process. He just keep saying ‘no everybody left. You need to leave.’ It’s completely unacceptable. If the office hour is until 6pm, I expect people to be there until 6pm. Leaving 5min earlier means office is open until 5:55pm, not 6pm. 6pm should means 6pm. Period.
