- KSKristina “Special K” SheloJan 29, 20261.0THIS USPS STEALS AND OPENS PACKAGES! DO NOT USE! OPENED PACKAGE! I was sent a package that SAID it was delivered but it wasn't. Called repeatedly and it finally came, but it had been opened already. Someone stole something from the package and they delivered it late saying they don't know what happened. Can't stress enough to NEVER use this service. Go through FEDEX or UPS and pay extra.

I had my wife drop off a package to be sent to me while I’m deployed and they sent it as the wrong type of mail causing her to have to pay almost $100 for something that is normally $25 as well as losing our package. We basically paid for them to throw out items that I needed. If you are a military family head across the bridge and go somewhere else where they know what they’re doing
- TTTriciaSep 29, 20251.0Signed a certified letter from my job themselves without my permission. What??? They were so angry ( LAZY) that they had to come back that they wrote refused on all my future certified mail. They wrote refused to deliver letters from the IRS that cost me thousands in penalties and intrests and many calls to the IRS. Tampering with my mail. Still haven't received my certified letter.
