- LCLeonardo CajavilcaNov 10, 20251.0The front desk personnel need an attitude adjustment and retraining on how they work with military families. I had my wife drop off a package to be sent to me while I’m deployed and they sent it as the wrong type of mail causing her to have to pay almost $100 for something that is normally $25 as well as losing our package. We basically paid for them to throw out items that I needed. If you are a military family head across the bridge and go somewhere else where they know what they’re doing

They were so angry ( LAZY) that they had to come back that they wrote refused on all my future certified mail. They wrote refused to deliver letters from the IRS that cost me thousands in penalties and intrests and many calls to the IRS. Tampering with my mail. Still haven't received my certified letter.

I went in to send certified mail to city hall, only to be told they were out of certified labels and that I needed to go to another office. I then went to Island Park, which resulted in my mail being routed first to the New York, NY Distribution Center, then to the Brooklyn NY Distribution Center two days later, before finally being sent back to Long Beach. This process was unnecessarily complicated and caused significant delays. Additionally, the post office in Long Beach should be properly stocked with essential supplies so residents can access basic services locally without having to travel to other towns or offices. It’s inconvenient and inefficient for residents when they are required to go elsewhere for simple postal needs. Improving inventory management and ensuring basic supplies are always available would greatly enhance service and convenience for the community.
