The front desk personnel need an attitude adjustment and retraining on how they work with military families. I had my wife drop off a package to be sent to me while I’m deployed and they sent it as the wrong type of mail causing her to have to pay almost $100 for something that is normally $25 as well as losing our package. We basically paid for them to throw out items that I needed. If you are a military family head across the bridge and go somewhere else where they know what they’re doing

Signed a certified letter from my job themselves without my permission. What??? They were so angry ( LAZY) that they had to come back that they wrote refused on all my future certified mail. They wrote refused to deliver letters from the IRS that cost me thousands in penalties and intrests and many calls to the IRS. Tampering with my mail. Still haven't received my certified letter.

Waited on line to send a simple package for over 30 mins due to only 2 windows opened doing passport apps. I’m sure they were being helped long before I showed up. There should be a separate window for that. The line was out the door on a Summer afternoon. Horrible service here.
