Scans four codes, puts four stickers on and then three days later we realize the receipt had three and Amazon didn’t get a package. I call to get this rectified as this is on them. Josh the manager can’t take accountability that maybe an employee made a mistake? Puts the blame on my partner and said there’s nothing they can do. I said investigate it, I investigate customer complaints all the time. But nope my partner gave them three codes according to Josh and this is not on them. Then how did they take four packages? Pull the CCTV footage. You can’t make a mistake and say there’s nothing we can do without looking into it. Yes I’ll be escalating this further as I am owed $50. Poor accountability, poor management, poor customer service. UPDATE: took weeks and fighting with Amazon for them to figure out and find my package because of the negligence of this ups. The fact that this was an issue with your worker messing up and the blame was immediately put onto us is insane and poor customer service.
