  I visited this post office regarding a certified mail item that has been stuck in transit for over a week with no tracking updates, despite being told it would arrive within three business days. Initially, a staff member directed me to someone named Brian, who appeared to be a supervisor or lead. He advised me that the “best way to get a quick response” was to follow a specific procedure and handed me a printed set of instructions. He assured me I would receive a response about my missing mail within three days. However, after reviewing the instructions at home, I realized they were only for requesting a refund for the certified mail service—not for locating or resolving the missing mail. In fact, the document clearly indicated there was no way to track or recover the item and that a refund request could only be submitted after 30 days. This was extremely frustrating and misleading. I was given incorrect information and false expectations instead of actual help with my issue. It’s concerning that someone in a supervisory role would provide such guidance rather than clearly explaining the situation. Overall, a disappointing experience with poor communication and lack of accountability.

  I go to the Lockport USPS weekly and they are always amazing. Kind, efficient and patient with everyone. Office is clean and a pleasant environment.

  "Delivery attempted" but also never attempted. This is the 4th or 5th time that this has occurred. Formal complaints have been filed with USPS at this point. My husband and I both work full time, we leave before the post office opens and return from work after they close. We have cameras at home, and can confirm that zero attempt at delivery ever occurred. This post office is unreliable. If there were ANY option for certain deliveries that weren't via USPS, I'd literally pay top dollar just to avoid them.

  Cory at the post office in Lockport, is a very nice guy and very good employee and knows how to do his job amazingly. He brightens up the day just by being himself and he needs a raise!!!

  the people here need to be fired nobody answers the phone and my package was falsely delivered i’m beyond upset i’ve waited so long to get my packages now i have to wait even longer because people don’t want to do their jobs this is terrible.
