- CSC. S.Dec 20, 20251.0Trying to call to see why a pkg I'm sending from Lockport, NY to AZ has not been sent out yet. It got picked up by our mailman on 12/15/25 and is still sitting at the Lockport post office. It says "waiting for payment." I did click and ship and you have to pay at that time, so why does it still say waiting for payment on 12/20/25? I've tried calling but the Lockport post office NEVER picks up the phone. This has been going on for years.

I went back the next day both clerks said they don’t have cash in the drawers and to come back next week when we have cash at hand. I went back next week they kept saying they don’t have cash. So now I’m waiting week after week to get a return on my purchase that I have a receipt for. They didn’t care and simply just tossed aside my complaint.

It took the USPS two days to get quality of life meds to me from South Carolina and they stay in Buffalo for five days and in Lockport for two days saying it would be delivered between 06:30 and 10:30 hours on 14JUL2025. Then updated to before 16:45 hours and finally before 21:00 hours the aforementioned date. Sitting here for hours waiting and nothing. Last medicine dose was three days ago and you can feel it. If anyone doesn't know the name of the rude blonde woman and the counter it's Gina. Time to shut down Buffalo and Lockport post offices and hire FedEx who also delivers time sentive medicine to me. From Massachusetts. Overnight before 09:00. FedEx is the way to go. They're just putting in their twenty and don't really care any more about quality of customer service. One young man down there is their only saving grace. Shut it down.
