It got picked up by our mailman on 12/15/25 and is still sitting at the Lockport post office. It says "waiting for payment." I did click and ship and you have to pay at that time, so why does it still say waiting for payment on 12/20/25? I've tried calling but the Lockport post office NEVER picks up the phone. This has been going on for years.

I went back the next day both clerks said they don’t have cash in the drawers and to come back next week when we have cash at hand. I went back next week they kept saying they don’t have cash. So now I’m waiting week after week to get a return on my purchase that I have a receipt for. They didn’t care and simply just tossed aside my complaint.
