  Not happy at all with the experience so far.....I am still waiting for my Delivery of my Samsung Washing Machine from Sam's Club that was ordered and paid for in Mid March. My machine was expected to be delivered Monday, March 30th. I received a text that I needed to reschedule because "they couldn't deliver that day". That's when I found out they only deliver in my area on Monday's. They made arrangements to deliver on Monday, April 6th. The truck arrived at 8:15 AM, BUT .....the Washing Machine was not on the truck and the delivery driver had no idea or no explanation as to why!! My Husband had taken the morning off from work so he could be here when the delivery came. After receiving another text message that stated; "Your delivery of your Samsung Washer will need to be rescheduled because we missed you" I called and spoke with a rep. On the phone after the Driver left our home. The rep. Would not give out the info on where the "Local Hub" was or even a phone number to call so we could go pick it up ourselves. I now had to wait AGAIN for another "Scheduled Delivery" I called later in the day and was told the the "Manager" had made special accomodations for our Washer to be delivered on Wednesday, April 8th.....which is today. ONCE AGAIN....no Washer was delivered and I am told it won't be delivered until Monday, April 13th because "thatvis when they deliver to our area". Even after I explained what I was told in regards to the Manager, I was placed on hold waiting for a higher up and was on hold for over 20 minutes before I needed to hang up due to calling from my Work! I called again later in the evening and was still told that we wouldn't get our Washer until April 13th. And yes.....I was speaking to a Live Person every call. This in my opinion is not good business and I feel as though we are being scammed. If our Washing Machine is not delivered next Monday, April 13th, I will be cancelling my order and demand a full refund from Sam's and go elsewhere with my business.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst to deal with. They have had my items since March 20th. Originally scheduled for delivery march 24th. On March 23rd I was called and told they "overfilled the truck" and they scheduled it for March 25th. On March 25th I was called and told the truck "broke down". Then they scheduled it for the 26th. Morning of 26th, I just received a text saying it was now scheduled for 27th. On the 27th when I got a text saying it needed to be rescheduled, I started contacting customer service. We ended up on the phone woth ikea who is also now irritated that they aren't getting the products to the customers. Ikea customer service called and was transferred to 4 different "managers" and at the end of the call they had it set up for Monday the 30th. Great cool. Out of nowhere on the 28th I got another text saying it was now scheduled for the 31st (today). Fast forward to today, I get a phone call saying that they had "overfilled" the truck again where I said uhm absolutely not. They are supposed to be here in 3 hours. He said hold on a moment, put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back and now his story is oh the driver called in sick. I said this is not acceptable you cant even get the story right, can they at least deliver part of my order? He said give me a few minutes and I will call you back. 40 minutes later I get an email saying, "sorry for your delay, they only deliver to your area on Tuesdays." Why was this not communicated back when I had the first conversation, and they rescheduled it to the next day? I know have thousands of dollars of furniture I ordered in the hands of these people and I doubt I will even get them within the month. My estimated delivery date is now not until April 7th. I live 1 hour from the warehouse. Clearly they need to be shut down becaise they dont know how to do their jobs.

  The two gentlemen who made the delivery were very professional, adept, thorough and quick! Made sure everything was perfect too. Above and beyond service!!!

  Amazing service. I'm time, super courteous, once they identified where item went they unloaded, into house, unwrapped, removed old item and placed new. All in about 12 minutes. Super clean, they paid attention to where my things were and stayed away from them so as not to damage. Loved it. This is 2nd time I've used Sams to buy and they used RXO to deliver. Both times great outcomes.
