The woman working the counter told him, before looking, his package wasn’t there. He showed her the text and she huffed over to a pile of packages. She quickly found it and slammed our 5 pound package down onto the counter. My package consisted of a $200 touch-screen device so maybe in the future, don’t slam packages down because you’re having a bad day. She also tossed my husband’s ID onto the counter rather than handing it to him as if he isn’t a human being. This used to be our favorite UPS location as my husband ships a lot of items for his small business. Extremely disappointed in the customer service we received from the woman working the counter. If you’re having a bad day, you don’t take it out on customers.
