  I'm so impressed with the level of care provided by Kaitlin and Issy at this store. They're helping me resolve an issue with an item that was damaged in transit and they're both so kind, knowledgable, and responsive. I really feel like they care about helping to correct the problem and make it right.

  As soon as I walked in, one of the workers walking by immediately grabbed a big box I was returning and scanned it for me. I had one other return for which they went the extra mile in helping me send. The process is incredibly easy for Amazon returns independently but for the ones that required extra attention they jumped right in.

  They advertise being open from 11-4 on Sunday but the doors are locked and the phone rings endlessly. Must be nice to not show up to work on a snowy Sunday.

  My husband has been on a deployment since June (in Kuwait ) and I come to this branch often to mail him stuff. Generally, Izzy, the manager, is the one who helps me get my husband's packages to his APO and let me be clear : IZZY IS AMAZING. After my visit today, however, I wonder how this place runs when she's not there. I stopped in today, to send a small package to my husband. Just a book he's been wanting to read and a keychain I had made for him. First, the store had almost zero boxes. There were two employees in there. No name tags, so my only way of identifying them is that they both had brown hair, one had pretty insane fake eyelashes and the other one wears her hair in a braid everyday. When I walked in the store, it was pure chaos. The two ladies were complaining, audibly, for all the customers to hear, creating a super negative and panicked environment in the store. Eyelashes was telling me that today has been a day and that today was one of those days where everything and everyone was annoying her today. Nice right? They were turning away customers left and right saying "I don't know how to do that" "We don't have a manager here, sorry, I can't help you with that" .... Etc... like literally telling people to come back on Monday when the manager will be in. Braid girl literally proclaimed very loudly, these exact words when dealing with a customer "I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M DOING" and turned that customer away as well. Neither of the ladies could figure out how to send my package. Eyelashes was asking me how to do it, and I was trying to help the best I could based off of my past experiences sending packages to my husband during his deployment. Eventually I asked "Can you call someone for help? I can't really help you more. I've really given you all the information I know about sending these packages". Eyelashes then raised her voice to me in front of everyone in the store and yelled at me that she's trying to help me and that I didn't need to give her an attitude. No attitude was given. I was speaking very calmly and at a normal volume. My speech was not hurried nor did my tone change nor did my speaking volume increase which, I had to kindly point out. The young lady then called the MOD (manager on duty) but they didn't answer. Then she slammed her phone down, huffed and puffed, and announced to the whole store that the MOD never answers. It couldn't get figured out. I was told to come back on Monday along with several other customers. It was even suggested that I try a different store. Like, these ladies had NO IDEA what an APO even was or how to ship to one. Braided girl even said "I have no idea, never heard of that". These ladies need training and they need to learn how to control their attitudes under stressful conditions. It seems like things only get done when Izzy is there which isn't fair to Izzy. I have been to this store probably a dozen times at this point and I'm always friendly, pleasant, patient, and kind. Izzy can attest to this. I did not appreciate being accused of having an attitude and getting yelled at for it. When I reinforced that I just couldn't help her anymore and that she perhaps call a manager for help she yelled "I'm trying to help YOU". No ma'am you're not. This is not a charity where you ship packages for free. I'm paying for packages to get sent which pays your wage. I'm literally paying you to do a job. You were not trying to help me. My package couldn't get sent anyway. See you on Monday I guess Izzy.
