- JHJohn HanOct 17, 20251.0Please do not go to this location if you want things done right. Been using USPS for 2 decades now and I stop by this location every now and then when I have packages on me. Today 9/17 @11:45AM I was dropping off a few prepaid packages that I wanted to be scanned in as usual. The Korean lady in the front said she will not scan and take the packages. That this location does not scan multiple packages for drop off. Instead she informed me to fill out a form for all packages being dropped off that can be tracked with a single tracking number at the bottom. What? These are already prepaid with individual tracking numbers going to different state. I asked when was this effective as I’ve heard nothing about this and she boldly lied stating it’s always been effective. I don’t think so lady. I went over to the USPS location at Springfield Blvd & Horace Harding to be taken care of. No issues. All packages scanned and customer service is a day and night difference compared to this Little Neck location. The nerve of some folks to not want to do their jobs and going to the length of fabricating rules for customers just because they’re lazy…
