Not once but multiple times I’ve had this particular facility process my mail it’s 5 minutes down the road then ship it to another facility an hour+ away and delay my package now they have delayed my latest package even more as it seems they are now shipping it to queens ny and if past holds true even though I paid to have ny package on Monday they will ship it out of ny to nj and I won’t get my package until Friday at the earliest. There’s a reason why they are a bankrupt business add how easy it is to get customer service forget it it’s laughable
- GRG RAug 17, 20231.0Extremely Rude clerks and passport managers. No forms available at all and no copies can be made here. Very bad experience here, avoid the passport service here and go elsewhere. Monticello and rock hill clerks are so pleasant and a pleasure to deal with .
