  I have been using this UPS Store in Lewiston, NY as my mailing address for thirteen years. Their parcel/mailbox service has been excellent. The staff are always friendly, professional, and very organized. They always notify me promptly when items arrive, and make pickup quick and easy. Super convenient, reliable, and well run — highly recommend this location for anyone needing a secure mailing address or shipping services.

  I go in today and see another person who cant leave their house without thier dog and dont feel laws apply to them and workers to weak to enforce it. No. UPS Stores in New York State do not allow non‑service dogs. UPS Store corporate policy nationwide permits service animals only, and regular pets are not allowed inside any UPS Store location. --- 🐕 UPS Store Pet Policy (New York & Nationwide) Allowed - Service dogs only, as defined by the ADA (must be trained to perform a specific task for a person with a disability) Not Allowed - Pets - Emotional support animals - Therapy dogs - Companion animals This rule applies in all states, including New York, and is enforced for: - Safety - Liability - Health standards - Maintaining a consistent corporate environment
