- FHF HaseqFeb 18, 20261.0The woman working there Desiree, was absolutely unprofessional. I came to finish my passport process. She would tell us to fill out one thing. Then when we waited to be called again, she would take everyone else. Then when we brought everything else as told, she would be like 'did you fill this out also?' I said no, you only told me this. Then she says I need to put an address on there, as if I know what or who's address to put. Then after about 10 minutes, she seals the package with the passport requirements in it. After sending us back and forth, she then says 'did you put the money order inside?'. RATHER THAN TELLING ME EVERYTHING AT ONCE, SHE KEPT SENDING ME BACK AND FORTH AND EXPECTED ME TO KNOW EVERYTHING. I EVEN GOT LATE TO WORK. VERY, HORRIBLY, BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. She wore small round glasses. Avoid her please if you want to get things done the right way and be on your way in no time.

It is 02/09/26 and I still never received my 1099 from the ssa and I know they were sent out in December because I called them I have other mail missing but as far as I can tell it’s mostly advertising this 11756 post office needs more oversight or new leadership
