  Went to this store today to ship a package at 9:20. Store was supposed to be open at 9 and it still wasn't open. There was no sign on the door indicating that they would be closed today, which I would have understood considering it's a holiday weekend. Other customers were also wanting for the store to open. I looked up other locations nearby to ship my package and Staoles in Latham Farms showed up. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. The young man was polite and helpful. If you are shipping a package via UPS in the Latham area, go to Staples instead for far superior service.

  Horrible Horrible Horrible! This ups store I will never do business with again! I had a package sent to this location for my mom to pick up and paid extra only for them to open her package without her permission and then blatantly lie and say that she refused the package and sent it back to my location for me to have to go back and resend the package out and pay double Just to get her package to her. Wasting the customer’s time, money, and energy for their mistake. When is it OK to open someone’s mail? I think that’s considered a federal crime in the U.S. I will be contacting the B.B.B. about this location!

  Alex is always amazing—welcoming, friendly, and smiling every time you walk into the store. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere feels inviting, which is something you don’t always find these days. Customer service can be lacking in many places, so it’s truly refreshing to see Alex and the rest of the team at this UPS location consistently go above and beyond. They are always approachable, helpful, and professional. Thank you, Alex, and thank you to the entire team for your continued service to the community.
