  Alex is always amazing—welcoming, friendly, and smiling every time you walk into the store. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere feels inviting, which is something you don’t always find these days. Customer service can be lacking in many places, so it’s truly refreshing to see Alex and the rest of the team at this UPS location consistently go above and beyond. They are always approachable, helpful, and professional. Thank you, Alex, and thank you to the entire team for your continued service to the community.

  Today was my second time using this location, this was the first time I’ve ever been treated rudely. The clerk who helped me was very tall, blonde/brown hair. I was looking for a blank label and touched a label maker near some speakers playing music, I got scolded for touching it. So I went to his workstation, I asked if he could ship my Son’s eyeglasses to Clarkson, I’ve done this before, he made it a point to raise his voice & go “oh Clarkson” for the whole store to hear. During the transaction all he did was sneer & and make odd faces at me! Once the label was printed, the eyeglasses were just tossed into a giant hanging bag!! I hope they aren’t damaged. I can honestly say I will take business elsewhere, I cannot stand rudeness when it wasn’t warranted. Do better, because your store lost a customer today! Seems to be trend based on the reviews.

  Glad to see this location is still one of the BEST in the area! Garett, Marino, and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful with shipping my package and got me in and out in no time. Quick, Efficient, and Helpful!

  This location is either understaffed, or needs to be re-trained. There are regularly long lines here (i.e. 10 - 15 min waits) which if you're just dropping a package off, is absurd. They need to allocate one person to helping people that (apparently) haven't shipped something in their life (and need every part of the process explained)... and at least one person to help those of us that are just dropping off. Haven't experience this issue at other UPS Stores, such as the one in Clifton Park.
