There are regularly long lines here (i.e. 10 - 15 min waits) which if you're just dropping a package off, is absurd. They need to allocate one person to helping people that (apparently) haven't shipped something in their life (and need every part of the process explained)... and at least one person to help those of us that are just dropping off. Haven't experience this issue at other UPS Stores, such as the one in Clifton Park.

- EKEric kDec 11, 20251.0Went to this location since my package had said it was delayed and at this location and as I walked in there was at least six employees standing around and when I asked if they might have my package the one short-haired heavy set person behind the counter said can't help me and when I explained the tracking information and that the package was delayed they wanted to see my phone and said it was on the truck but then it updated and said it was delayed again due to network and weather he again proceeded to say it's on the truck so I thank them and said I was just trying to save them truck driver gas they were just acting very weird on top of a hint of sarcasm in the voices, now it's the next day and the information supplied says that the item is still at that facility meaning they lied to me and that they had it the whole time I find this very troubling and I would hope that somebody investigates this store location. If UPS uses this store again I will not any longer use UPS.
