- DBDestiny BartonMar 13, 20265.0I came from another postal office that sent me away twice because the person who processes passports was out. I showed up to this location and kalia was so understanding and helpful, she got me sorted and was able to get me in with expedited passport service. We need more people that are eager to help in these kinds of positions. 10/10 highly recommend she gets a raise asap!

I booked my passport application process for my son, took him out of school and took time off work to be there on time to only get there and the person who does the passport process was gone for the day!!!!! I got no notification absolutely no indication of this prior to our appointment. Extremely unethical and very bad customer service! Place like this should be shut down and put out a business

The photo quality was much better than the CVS around the corner. Less than a week, The passport State Government Office got my information quick. Well worth the quick passport appointment and traveling to this Larchmont Post office.
- MSMicky-Mireille SolanoNov 5, 20204.0I was worried about my package coming from overseas as I had a bad experience in the past ..I tried to get in touch with Pam, Mrs Perry ( no one there knows her last name )....I called several times but I couldn't get Michelle, the first lady who promised to take care of me, always someone else picking up the phone...I finally got it a month later...I was released....she was so kind in the meantime to forward all my mails...some of them were from last year...!!!
