  My mom is a frequent customer at Staples, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I called ahead on Friday to confirm store hours and ask about dropping off her computer for service since it had been hacked. I was clearly told that no appointment was needed and I could simply bring it in. Based on that, we made the trip to the store, only to be told there was no tech person on site. We were then advised to come back the next day because a service ticket would need to be opened and it “wouldn’t be good” to leave the computer overnight. When we asked what time the technician would be available, the associate didn’t have a clear answer and had to check their phone, eventually saying “around 11am to maybe 7pm.” There was no clear communication, no consistency, and no real attempt to be helpful. It ended up being a complete waste of time. I strongly suggest better staff training so customers are given accurate information before making unnecessary trips

  I am a recently retired 30 Year Veteran NYC HS History Teacher from the Bronx and this is now the Second Occasion in which I have had the Opportunity to commend the amazing CS Staff at this STAPLES Location and I have to personally honor Collins for His personal and professional Attention in assisting Me with a simple Print Job to Him but an absolutely vital Task for Me! People should be aware that Sometimes what seems like just some rudimentary Print Job might actually involve some of the most sensitive Documents that need to be handled in a Manner that leaves the Customer with the Confidence that the Job was completed successfully and that Nothing personal was compromised and that comes from Someone who was in the People Business for My entire Career! If Anybody has any Issues with the Staff at this STAPLES Location I am certain that it was not the Staff that was responsible! Sandra and Collins are just a Couple of the People who I have met there and they have been well trained and I have personally expressed this to the Staff Manager! Respectfully submitted, TJC

  I had a print center job to do, in Larchmont, NY. I came in, met Sandra , and she took great care of me. She went over all my options, gave me an excellent price and had my job ready to go when I returned for it. Great service, Very Friendly. Highly recommended.

  There is a problem at this location about acknowledging customers and respecting the order of the line. Today I was ignored while other people who came over were taken ahead of me. Then the cashier left his post so I had no way to pay for my items. There was also some drama about a worker at another area who was on her phone and some customer called her out on it and they were screaming at each other, with her claiming she was a store manager sending emails to her boss (with her back to a line of customers who are waiting ) .The customer was rude, and she was unprofessional. The store is in a convenient place but I rarely go in because of this kind of time-wasting drama. This store needs to get it together and train the staff to help people in the order they came in; stop having the cashiers leave their post with nowhere to pay; and certainly not creating scenes in front of the whole store. Do better !
