- APAnthony PuglieseAug 20, 20251.0If I could give a negative review, I most certainly would. Disrespectful and useless are two words which come to mind regarding the staff here. Website says passport walk ins, but when asked, the manager told the other worker "send him away." Didn't even have the guts to look at me while she said it. The other worker just stared at me blankly. This is what happens when there is no accountability. Lazy, shiftless, entitled employees who feel empowered to treat people like garbage.

The photo quality was much better than the CVS around the corner. Less than a week, The passport State Government Office got my information quick. Well worth the quick passport appointment and traveling to this Larchmont Post office.

Avoid this building as it's been posing as a United States Postal Service for too long. 3 pieces of mail lost in 6 months? Lack of coherence for anything and anything takes forever here. I mean it, literally waiting online for over 17 minutes with one person being waited on already, (of course there was only one person working). Gave slip for missed delivery and it was just too much to deal with. Worker left for Narnia for so long that i left, came back after getting pizza across street and he couldn't find offering NO remedy...(me) "so...where is it"? (Postal worker) "I don't know, we don't have it" (blank stare). My boss told me never to come here when I began working for her over a year ago and now I know why.
