Website says passport walk ins, but when asked, the manager told the other worker "send him away." Didn't even have the guts to look at me while she said it. The other worker just stared at me blankly. This is what happens when there is no accountability. Lazy, shiftless, entitled employees who feel empowered to treat people like garbage.

- MSMicky-Mireille SolanoNov 5, 20204.0I was worried about my package coming from overseas as I had a bad experience in the past ..I tried to get in touch with Pam, Mrs Perry ( no one there knows her last name )....I called several times but I couldn't get Michelle, the first lady who promised to take care of me, always someone else picking up the phone...I finally got it a month later...I was released....she was so kind in the meantime to forward all my mails...some of them were from last year...!!!
