- LJLauren JonesFeb 1, 20261.0I paid $100 for overnight with Saturday delivery. This requires a call to UPS for the pick up, or the associate needs to remember to give it to the driver if they happen to stop at the store earlier than the norm p/u (5pm) Neither was done and my package didn't reach its destination till TUESDAY morning. So I received a $15 dollar service and paid $100. God awful, just hire a currier. Further, I filled out a survey and haven't heard a word from the UPS store manager.

On Friday they sent it out with different track # No one knows who sent it? If it was sent out they don’t write things down !! Then act like they can’t be held responsible for it disappearing !! Attitude very poor. Could careless !!
