This requires a call to UPS for the pick up, or the associate needs to remember to give it to the driver if they happen to stop at the store earlier than the norm p/u (5pm) Neither was done and my package didn't reach its destination till TUESDAY morning. So I received a $15 dollar service and paid $100. God awful, just hire a currier. Further, I filled out a survey and haven't heard a word from the UPS store manager.

Well, I did and this UPS store saved our butts. Would definitely recommend. Be patient, there’s only one UPS around here so they’re always busy.
