- DSDace SerafimovsMar 24, 20261.0Horrible customer service.I am 71 old widow of Veteran.I came to mail a letter at the post office.Needed a stamp and had forgotten Zipcode for my granddaughters address in Medford Massachusetts.I Politely asked for that zipcode.One clerk said that it is not her job to find that,that I should look up on my phone. Clerk had no name tag.Unfortunately I had not brought my phone into Post office.She shamed me about that.Then I approached second clerk and asked for help with zipcode.She did looked for that but found general code for Medford but not for address I had written on envelope.I said that it doesn't look like the one it should be ,but she didn't care to look for right one. I bought a stamp and she stamped envelope with wrong zipcode.I did not wanted my mail to get lost in"process" and took this envelope home and will need to bring back.As I thought clerk instead of 02155 put 02153. Employees of Kingston Main Office need to be kind and helpful.They are unfortunately rude and humiliate seniors.I hope there is improvement in service.
- SCShannon ConteMar 10, 20261.0I would give 0 stars but there is no option. Been having problems with the Kingston Post Office for literally years…. They deliver my mail consistently to the same wrong address and despite numerous formal complaints, nothing is done. Police cannot do anything about it and the postmaster is a joke. Then they closed the Post office in the mall which I had for 25 years and is the only one who didn’t mess things up, forcing me into the main branch which cost more than double and you can only get your mail certain times. Closed that box only for them to rob me of the few lousy dollars they are supposed to give back for returning the keys.

I guess thats what happens when you cant get fired from your job. Would give 00 negative if I could - DO NOT go here for passports. 4-5 other employees could not do the service either.

The operating hours are convenient, and the services provided from passport applications and photos to selling greeting cards make stopping here more desirable than any other post office around.
