Thankfully, I was rescued from several hours with tech support by Noah, a young, tech savvy UPS Store employee. Noah helped me review the myriad emails that Apple sent me and identified one with an incident number. Noah then looked this up on the UPS Store computer system and found the right info, took my IPad and within 24 hours Apple had verified receipt. I don’t usually give 5-Star reviews. As a service and product quality measurement specialist and author of many college (grad school level) textbooks on this subject, I have very high standards. Noah offered next level customer service for which I will be eternally grateful.

I packaged a 40 lbs stainless steel metal washing machine pedestal, covering open areas with thin plywood, then wrapping entirely with plenty of plastic wrap, two different directions. I asked the store attendant if my own packaging was sufficient, or if it would need a box or paper wrap. The attendant affirmed that my packaging was better than paper. The package then arrived at the destination without ANY protective material on it, multiple dents and scratches, and shipping label taped directly to the merchandise. It looks like it got thrown around more than once. Very dissappointed.

This was among the best...I was able to complete my dealings via one e-mail and received my item a week or two quicker than I am used to, beautifully packed. Highly recommend.
