They'll attempt when you're closed and then hold your shipment indefinitely until you reach out to them. And contacting them is impossible. You have to go through this complicated process and talk to someone in a third world country before they humor directing you to your local facility. And then once you get ahold of the local facility, they won't have any idea what's going on. They'll likely feed you some excuse about your stuff not being accessible and tell you to call back tomorrow. Almost everyone you speak to is miserable and unhelpful, too. I have to go through this process a few times a month and it's stressful. They don't care if your business closes tomorrow. They refuse to create a better business relationship and then barely clean-up their mistakes when they make them, which is often. If you can avoid using UPS in the Hudson Valley, do so.

It allows me to get packages sent out quickly and conveniently. I held back one star because over the years, I've noticed that they are reluctant to open new counter stations when they get busy, which makes everyone have to stand on the line longer and fall behind on our appointed rounds. Generally, quite fast and for the most part the UPS employees are very helpful and friendly. Recommended.

We were amazed at how thoughtfully and carefully everything was packaged. Everything arrived safe and sound.
