I had scheduled a passport appointment at 9:30am online for a saturday. The clerk was super nice and even began the appointment 5 minutes before the actual appt. Time. By 9:30 am I was done since I already had filled out the form and brought my own passport pictures, and photocopies. The process was super easy. On the side, the postal office was only taking debit or cash payments for this special service. The only chaos that you see at this place are the customers. The staff works as fast as they can and are very kind.

I was surprised with a great ending to an interaction that began with a mismatch between the website information I read and what the post office worker stated when we arrived as a walk-in to a passport renewal for our minor child. The site said that walk-ins are received until 2:15pm, we got there at 2pm and the postal worker said that it is only until 1pm and no Saturdays. The site also said that walk-ins are received on Saturdays. As I walked out upset, i stated that information is not what is listed in the website. As I approached the exit, the postal workers called me and said that we will fit us if we are ok waiting. An appointment came in and was taken before us and another couple that seem to have walked in too before us. After about 40 min, we were seen us and I forgot a document. Surprisingly, I was told go to the pharmacy around the corner and print it. Also, while waiting a postal worker came out and offered us some wrapped chocolates. In the years I’ve been going to the post office I’ve never had such an accommodations. I guess they are trying to turn the bad reviews around. Thanks to folks working at the post office for trying hard and really surprised us with a great interaction.

First off. I had an appointment for 12pm and waited in line for 30 minutes after my appointment time. One clerk named Campbell was EXTREMELY rude and nasty to me and everyone else I saw come in. She seems very unhappy with her job and life and needs to learn how to speak to people. The other clerk is the only reason I didn’t give 1 star, she was very informative, helpful and efficient with getting our passports taken care of. Campbell should take notes from her.

To the management of this USPS branch, If you have cameras inside, please review the footage. There is an employee who does not seem happy with their job and often gives customers a rude impression. Recently, I witnessed this employee throw my package, despite it being clearly marked as "Fragile." This is the closest USPS location to my home, and while I have tried to ignore the attitude and feel the need to bring this to your attention.
