There is an employee who does not seem happy with their job and often gives customers a rude impression. Recently, I witnessed this employee throw my package, despite it being clearly marked as "Fragile." This is the closest USPS location to my home, and while I have tried to ignore the attitude and feel the need to bring this to your attention.
- JPJoel PettersonSep 11, 20251.0I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a USPS location. While attempting to mail a package, the clerk was rude, combative, and aggressive. Completely unacceptable behavior. To make matters worse, I later received a follow-up call from a supervisor. Instead of handling the complaint professionally, this person was hostile and argumentative, accused me of lying in my statement, and even ended the call by telling me to “take it to the police.” That’s the level of “customer service” this location seems to consider acceptable. This kind of behavior is beyond unprofessional — it’s shocking, dismissive, and shows a complete lack of accountability or training. If you value respectful service, avoid this post office.
- ALAngela LuAug 11, 20251.0If you are getting passport photo taken, or anything passport related, don’t come to this location. This location is highly unprofessional and inefficient. If I could give a -1 star I would, because they can’t even get the service done. I made an appointment for 8:45am to take a passport photo. I was asked to wait by the side(as they take others on the passport line behind me). I waited 30 minutes… still no photo taken for the passport. First of all, what’s the point of making a customer schedule an appointment online if you can’t receive them at the scheduled appointment time? Secondly, I kindly asked for a passport form. I figured I’ll fill out the form while I wait since I already waited awhile. I filled it out, and made a mistaken on the form so I needed a new one. They told me they have no more forms and I need to go to the library to print it out. How does that happen?? You are USPS and you have no more passport forms despite being one of the main services you’re promoting in the summer? Absurd experience. What a waste of people’s time.

- SAScarlet AriasJul 3, 20251.0I went to take a picture for my passport and the guy who works there didn't tell me if my hair was okay and everything went wrong. As soon as I took a single photo and he didn't even show it to me and I told him to show it to me, and then he just printed it and after I paid for it, he showed me the photo and they were all blurred and badly taken and they didn't give me a good service.
