- NSnatasha shultisSep 1, 20231.0I've had a po box with this post office since about 2006. Been very disappointed with their service lately. They lost a package of mine and did not take responsibility at all. I contacted the seller who sent me said package, she showed proof that her tracking info said it was delivered, but I never received it. When I called the post office, they claimed the package was put in my po box and it wasnt. I told them it was not, and they must have put it in the wrong box. The worker told me they had no way of knowing that, since no one ever returned it. She told me it was doubtful that happened, since "They know their customers very well." I can say not true at all. Like I said, I've had my po box since about 2006 and I'm constantly getting other people's mail in my box. The person I bought the package from had to custom make another order for me and send it out, which was another expense for her, because they misplaced my package. Do better!
- SCScotty CaseJan 13, 20233.0I would leave one star but the guy that works there is good but the lady that works there needs to go somewhere else with her menopause or something. Every time I go there I can just feel the negativity from her. I just went to drop off a box I reused.. you can clearly see the new postage that I paid for ..apparently there was like 4 other barcodes no where near the main postage up top...I tore off a couple then there was on. That was a little harder to get off and I knew there was no point in doing it but the lady said to keep going. This is the type of s*** we don't need to go through. I hate doing Pointless Stuff because people think it's the right thing to do I've been doing this s*** for years and I've never had an issue before
