However, I've been going here for years, and Val always greets me by name even when I am not there for months at a time. Be very careful though, as the parking lot is far too small and (car) accidents happen all the time. This is what customer service should be and I feel lucky to have been able to use this branch for all my posting needs. There's nothing magical about USPS; it's the people behind the counter that make or break a given location, and Val always makes me feel welcome!
