That’s a very different story. Walking up to the counter feels like interrupting someone who is deeply offended by your existence. Short attitudes, zero warmth, and an overall vibe of “why are you here?” It’s impressive how the same building can contain both genuinely nice people and the human embodiment of a sigh. I come here because I have to — and I leave grateful that at least the carriers still seem human.
