  They require you to drive large items all the way to Jamestown from Warren PA due to their drivers inability to read English. They will deliver an item next to a box that says FedEx please pick up. They will not schedule a pick up because the label was bought on eBay. They are already delivering so why not grab the box that your already paid for, so grab the box and save me a trip or OPEN A DROP OFF LOCATION FOR LARGE BOXES- NOT DROP BOXES- NOT DOLLAR GENERAL AS THEY WONT TAKE LARGE ITEMS- YOUR DRIVERS SUCK. IM A DELIVERY DRIVER AND WOULD BE TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TO LEAVE PACKAGES TO BE RETURNED!

  FedEx is so negligent that they refuse to deliver packages to my home. Rather, the driver leaves them on the ground by the roadside, including in the rain, etc. FedEx gives no way to contact the shipping center via phone to speak with anyone responsible. Terrible service. I do anything possible to avoid shipping through them.
