I went to apply for My Daughter passport on March 2026 when I made the appointment I selected foto service everything included when I got there they told me where is the photo you were supposed to bring the photo. I told them that I have selected for SERVICE , they were with bad attitude they didn’t want to take the photo they were treating US like we were nothing. And I knew they were lying to me because just before me, there was a lady they were taking the picture for the passport, but they didn’t wanted to do it for my daughter!

I don’t understand how they keep their jobs. I know their Union is strong because my brother is a carrier but this is disgusting. Someone need to go in there and revamp that whole office.
