Expensive international package arrived not only a month late, but also destroyed and repackaged. I only retrieved my package due to a missing package claim weeks after no updates.
All documentation for my delivery address was in the dismantled box, so it was left for me to hunt down the item when they had my info all along. USPS NEEDS TO RESTRUCTURE THIS SECTOR if they expect to uphold important, priceless items for their customers. At this moment, no faith is with this specific regional location, time and time again every package has been late. Please address ASAP!

Absolutely horrible service. I waited 30 minutes just for the fingerprinting staff to come out, then another 30 minutes while he slowly handled the couple ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, he just left and never came back. Completely unacceptable and a total waste of time. This level of disorganization and disregard for customers is frustrating and unprofessional.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service provided at this USPS location. My recent experience was not only frustrating, but entirely unacceptable by any reasonable standard of customer service or operational efficiency.
Upon arrival, I was met with excessively long lines and no visible effort by staff to manage or reduce wait times. I ultimately spent over an hour waiting to be assisted, which reflects a significant failure in both staffing and workflow management. During this time, there was little to no communication from employees regarding delays, leaving customers confused and increasingly frustrated.
When I was finally attended to, the interaction itself was equally disappointing. The representative displayed a lack of professionalism, offering minimal assistance and demonstrating little interest in resolving my issue. I was attempting to return a package, a routine service that should have been handled efficiently, yet I was abruptly informed that the return could not be processed, with no clear explanation or attempt to provide alternatives or solutions.
This experience raises serious concerns about the training, accountability, and customer service standards upheld at this location. A public service institution such as USPS has an obligation to provide reliable, respectful, and efficient service. Unfortunately, this location falls far short of those expectations.
Additionally, the overall environment appeared disorganized and poorly managed. The lack of staff urgency, combined with ineffective communication and inadequate problem solving, creates an atmosphere that is both unprofessional and discouraging for customers who rely on these essential services.
I strongly urge management to address these issues promptly by improving staff training, increasing operational efficiency, and implementing better customer service practices. Without meaningful changes, experiences like mine will continue to undermine public trust and confidence.
This situation is unacceptable and warrants immediate attention.
Sincerely,
Nicolas Díaz

I have been waiting to pick up a package for over an hour. Employees walk by and say nothing. I am also a federal employee and if they came to my office waiting over an hour for service there would be all sorts of complaints and write ups! Whose gonna pay for my parking ticket?!
Update: at 347pm someone comes to the window to say I need to go over to the purchasing window to pickup package! After 2 damn hours!!!! This is unacceptable 😤
