Waiting forever just to potentially be told I dont have mail ... my apartment doesnt have the mailboxes set up so I have to come here for mail . The first time I was told to go straight to the left.Im here now and being told to wait in line . I understand its 9am but have 2 people come in . It gets packed hete fast.

- YPYuri PonceFeb 7, 20261.0Very bad service all the time there are inconveniences today I took a package to return and they told me no that if they did not return large packages and I was waiting for a long time the other time it was also to send a package and they told me that it had to be with the usps box otherwise they were not going to send it when I went to other places and they have never told me that and everything is a thousand misorganized hopefully and something about it
