  Ordered for Tuesday delivery with a window of 8am-5pm delivery. At 6pm they send an email to reschedule for Thursday due to wrong address? I call to clear it up and they apologize confirm my address is fine and claim to be investigating what went wrong. They waive the fee and say it will for sure be here Thursday. So it’s Thursday 6pm and guess what, no water and no communication as to what’s going on. So I call, spoke to 3 different people and finally was able to cancel and move on. They offered 3 free bottles and $15 off to not cancel, but I can’t even get water I paid for so I doubt I’ll ever see a successful delivery of water I got for free. On to the next. Don’t recommend.

  dont use their services, I had cancelled my account at least 10 years ago and they tried to charge my account as active, randomly then held it long enough to be brought to a debt collector. so I cant even login to the readyrefresh account and see what the charges were even for. its only 84$, but its about the principle. these people are scam artists. using water, a natural earth resource, to create financial burdens on regular people like us. i am now disputing my claim

  Is anyone else experiencing problems with the Poland Spring 5 Gallon bottles delivered by Primo Brands? Over the last 5-6 months we have had two dispenser exchanges, changed the filter, had replacement bottles to no avail. The water tastes HORRIBLE and even the delivery personnel do not want to take them back for testing because they do not carry open bottles, neither do they want to taste their own water!!! 🆘

  Worst service ever. They canceled my orders and rescheduled the service without telling me, after the delivery had already been made. The only thing that arrives on time is the bill. Their customer service is ridiculous as well—they never reply to emails.

  Que lástima que tuve que terminar este servicio porque cuando era Ready refresh no tuve ningún problema.pero ahora que se llama primo espere por 4 semanas y nunca llego el agua.¡pesimo servicio!
