He couldn't use the label that a company had sent him. No reason why. Then I didn't write my address particularly neatly so I wasn't allowed to mail my item. I can't wait for the post office to go away and I definitely won't go back to this location.!

The staff continues to be rude, and there is a consistent lack of customer service skills. In the past, they have even failed to open on time, which makes things even more frustrating for customers who depend on their hours. It’s disappointing that despite all the negative reviews they’ve received over the years, there has been no improvement in service. I truly hope they take customer feedback seriously and make the changes that are long overdue.
