    This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. The staff were unhelpful and seemed unwilling to assist. For every request, they created obstacles and kept sending me to different windows instead of resolving the issue. I went to request a mail forwarding form, and the employee in charge said she only had two and no more, as if it were my responsibility to solve the problem. After repeatedly asking what I should do, she told me to ask at other windows instead of checking herself. She made no effort to look in the box that reportedly contained more forwarding forms. Overall, the service felt dismissive and unprofessional.

    Literally the worstttt postal service to serve a community, who ever is the NEW carrier doing routes in Jamaica (archer ave) has to be either LAZY, SLOW, OR INTOXICATED because one day mail is delivered no problem, the next you be waiting all night and don’t have a package lordddd just recently a package was scanned delivered and I never received it, I reported it missing after a week, submitted a claim and was told it was scanned in a different destination, before going through that process I went in person on my lunch break and a worker “allegedly” passed the information down to a supervisor who allegedly said she called the carrier and asked about the package and he said he don’t remember 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ so you just flat out lying about delivering customer package!! I believe it was STOLEN and guess what I’m sitting here writing this review as I wait on both regular mail and a package and it’s now 7:15PM!!! Please investigate these workers, because they not doing they job!! It’s not fair to the community!!
