Seems I’m not alone…
My package (which i shipped out in September) was returning, inbound from Spain. It’s now mid-November. I was hopeful I’d finally get my package back. This post office… SHIPPED IT BACK TO SPAIN.
I’m not sure how this happens. It is absolutely ridiculous. Who is managing this post office and how do they still have gainful employment. Completely unacceptable. At this point, I fear I will never recover my package… would give zero stars if I could.

Adding my tracking number on here in hopes an employee sees this. PLEASE send me my package! EK689283681GB
Absolute worst post office I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life, and that’s no joke. I never leave reviews on anything even if I have a bad experience because to me it just isn’t worth it, but I can’t help but feel so angry at this facility. My package is international priority mail, and the item in my package is worth $300+. It was dispatched on August 1st, 2025 and made it to THIS facility on August 3rd, 2025. It hasn’t moved once. I have tried contacting USPS and they told me they know just as much as I do and can’t do anything. I’ve tried calling this location for not just weeks, but months. Every single time I get sent to voicemail or it just hangs up. Now I have to have the person who sent my package file an insurance claim and I won’t even be able to get this item remade and re-sent because it was one of a kind. And who knows when I’ll receive my refund from the insurance claim. This facility should be ashamed of themselves, I’ve read the other reviews and I’m not the only victim. I fully believe they’re stealing packages and just never updating the tracking status. You people are HORRIBLE and this entire building deserves to be sued. God if I had the money, I would. This location needs consequences. Just took this screenshot btw, proof that my very expensive, very important package is stuck here.

Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at this post office. I sign off work early to get my finger prints done, the West Indian lady, her name starts with a C told me to wait. Another lady was infront of me, they left. I almost waited 15 mins before I was seen. While getting my finger prints done that was another issue. She did it and won’t come out to show me how it’s done. I couldn’t get my finger print done. She said I should go to another location which is 40 mins from me. She was also talking to another staff member showing her pictures of her daughter or son. My time is valuable and I don’t have time to wait around for USPS incompetent employees !

I had an appointment for a passport application at 1:30 PM and arrived early at 1:10 PM. When I got there, no one was at the passport window. Another employee told me the person handling passports was on lunch break until 2:00 PM.
I waited patiently at the passport window so I wouldn’t lose my spot. When the clock hit 2:00 PM, a different staff member finally showed up — only to tell me that passport applications were being handled at the money order window instead. By that time, 4–5 people were already ahead of me, and I ended up waiting another 30 minutes to be helped.
The whole experience was very disorganized and frustrating. Clear communication or a simple sign about lunch breaks and where passport services are actually handled would have made a huge difference.

There's a reason why the low rating. Waited 50 minutes to send a package, only like 10 people were infront of me, only one window open. I know it not due to the government shutdown as usps is and independent identity that operates on its own revenue. You come here and be ready to wait for a long time. You could even come to pick up a package and would still take a long time (around 8-10 minutes per person).
