Over the last 5-6 months we have had two dispenser exchanges, changed the filter, had replacement bottles to no avail. The water tastes HORRIBLE and even the delivery personnel do not want to take them back for testing because they do not carry open bottles, neither do they want to taste their own water!!! 🆘

Email responses are generic and take 48+ hours, and phone reps—while polite—have no ability to actually help. I’m constantly put on hold for 20–35 minutes with zero resolution. If I didn’t already own a $700 dispenser, I’d cancel. This is unacceptable. I need a manager or someone in leadership to actually resolve this. If anyone knows a company with better service please let me know.
