Email responses are generic and take 48+ hours, and phone reps—while polite—have no ability to actually help. I’m constantly put on hold for 20–35 minutes with zero resolution. If I didn’t already own a $700 dispenser, I’d cancel. This is unacceptable. I need a manager or someone in leadership to actually resolve this. If anyone knows a company with better service please let me know.

Drivers never bring the water upstairs to our office and never pick up empty bottles — we now have more than 50 empty bottles piled up for months. Even worse, our account shows “completed” services that never actually happened. I’ve had to call customer service at least 2–3 times every week just to chase the same issue, and nothing is ever fixed. This is dishonest, unprofessional, and has caused constant disruption to our office. Very disappointed and frustrated.
