Out of desperation, I decided to visit the FedEx location at the airport .. fully aware that it isn’t a customer pickup site .. but I truly had no other option. After hours of tracking and uncertainty, I was fortunate enough to come across four incredible individuals: Aaron, Annie, Evelyn, and Justine. These four went above and beyond to help me locate my package, get it off the plane, and hand it to me that same day. Do you know how difficult it is to find a single package on a plane full of containers? Yet they treated my situation with urgency, empathy, and genuine care. They handled my package as if it were their own, and their kindness meant more to me than they know. Their willingness to go out of their way for someone else truly made my day .. and without them, I would never have received my package in time. They deserve all the recognition. I am beyond grateful for their help!
