Especially the two African American women. If I’m paying more than 300 dollars for my family’s passports and waiting for 2 hours straight you’d think they’d have manners and courtesy to help you out but they were horrible to not just me but everyone too. They must fire the workers and train them better I regret not doing it online or anywhere else.
- DMDouaa MouahidFeb 18, 20261.0Extremely disgusting and disrespectful staff, my mother doesn’t speak english well and they had an attitude towards everyone and when my mom was getting frustrated , the lady threatened to not help her finish the last step of her passport and made sure the other workers wouldn’t help her even after she already paid. This location is absolutely horrible and they should consider hiring more better people. Additionally we’ve been at the place since 7:30 before it officially opened at 8 but the workers didn’t start until 45 minutes later.
