I got his attention and got the help I needed. As a black woman of 5'10" I cut an intimidating figure. Could that be why I got good service? I don't know, but I did.

I asked him for the small box, he said there was none, when I literally saw a bunch of them right there. When I asked for the medium box he said there was none, they were right there also. He didn’t even bother to turn around and check if there was actually anything there. He kept calling up another customer when I was still trying to get a box. Very rude and disrespectful. Not once have I had even a decent experience in this place. There’s no need to be rude to your customers if you’re having a bad day. It seems like he has a bad day every day, since I’ve always seen him have such a horrible attitude. Please don’t go to this place, find another location.
