Today, I only went in to ask a few questions in the most respectful and polite way possible. An elderly Asian man was extremely disrespectful and not helpful at all. None of my questions were answered; instead, he was rude, constantly interrupted me, and the way he spoke to me was completely disrespectful. I don’t care if this is the standard for USPS employees, but I believe it’s important for there to be change. If they think that being a monopoly gives them the freedom to treat people however they want, they are mistaken.
