- GSgothanoria sabberhaggenDec 19, 20251.0I needed to get new keys for my mail box and they told me it be ready by Thursday at the latest and now it’s Friday a week after I requested and paid for new keys and i went up today to see if there’s any updates and they yelled at me about having to wait for a phone call first I went up yesterday as well and I told them I have to get into my mailbox to get my id because I needed it for going out of town tomorrow and it’s an emergency and they just yelled at me for wanting to get my id from my mailbox how hard is it to get a copy of the keys to my mailbox so I can get my id?
- BWBorui WangDec 11, 20252.0It's pretty easy to access than the UPS store at college town. But you WILL lose your package or have it signed by mailman, etc., when dealing with them. And agents here are particularly bad & unwilling to solve these problems. I was in the line for 20 mins only to be told my lost package was scanned in front of my apartment door and I should submit a request online. It's the second time the same thing happened in the last month.
