- HWhana warriorDec 20, 20251.0I’m so sick of the games they play they have done nothing to help answer any of my questions and they won’t pick up the phone just go to the downtown one they actually answer questions without yelling at you and making you feel small and worthless and they treat you with respect

So rude and refuses to give me my packages and tells me to wait until they are delivered but yet the websites I ordered my packages from states that they couldn’t deliver to my address for one reason or another and when I go to the post office to see what can be done they refuse to help me or hand them over

- GSgothanoria sabberhaggenDec 19, 20251.0I needed to get new keys for my mail box and they told me it be ready by Thursday at the latest and now it’s Friday a week after I requested and paid for new keys and i went up today to see if there’s any updates and they yelled at me about having to wait for a phone call first I went up yesterday as well and I told them I have to get into my mailbox to get my id because I needed it for going out of town tomorrow and it’s an emergency and they just yelled at me for wanting to get my id from my mailbox how hard is it to get a copy of the keys to my mailbox so I can get my id?
