They used to tape the envelopes or boxes shut if needed but now want to over charge for it. Also lady was really rude when i asked about their storage. She said in a nasty tone that it was only for students . She just assumed I wasn’t a student because I’m over 50 but there are older students as well. I was a regular customer so this is also offensive. Now I go to staples if possible. Also parking & sidewalk trash from Cornell students like chicken bones which could kill a dog, are disgusting on college ave. And potholes
