At no time did they tell me I needed to pick it up by a certain day. I drive all the way here and wait behind this lady in line with dozens of boxes who took her sweet time and I stood in line forever. The incredibly rude employee then told me that my package was already shipped back to the sender. Maybe you could’ve told me I have a deadline to pick it up by since I have a busy schedule during your business hours? What a complete and total joke. Stop calling people and wasting their time if all you’re doing to do is return it to the sender.
