Like why are you just allowing my card to be used for anything, especially if I don't have enough in my account? And then even though I call for it to be canceled, my money to be refunded, they say nothing can be done then the next day they give me some bs charge and steal more of my money that I don't have.

Unlike a previous bank I had, it's nice to see the same faces every time I go in. There is no employee turn-around here which says a lot for the bank. There are just a few tweaks that I wish the checking accounts could do.
