Mr mailman behind that counter says the same excuse everytime. package was misent over a month ago back to regional facility. ( talking about like 3-4 packages ) i messed up my zipcode which i realized about a month ago so i adjusted each of the orders while at the facility. 2 weeks ago i see that my USPS tracking said my package was literally at islip Post office. This guy said “islip doesnt deliver to bayshore addresses” my house is on the border between the towns and i get packages from islip PO left and right. ( that was up until this time) then again 2 weeks ago i go to pickup my package and mr mailman said that it was scanned misent and that it should arrive by tomorrow. if i got a penny for all of times this guy had pulled this excuse on me, id be billions and billions deep. I come back this week on Tuesday 9/17 with my package saying its at Islip Post on office. now i wasnt messing around i remember the time me getting out of school at 2:15 and seeing the tracking. i immediately head to islip post office and ONCE AGAIN THE GUY SAYS MISENT SHOULD ARRIVE TOMORROW which is today it never came and btw i ordered these products from china about 2-3 months ago he keeps using that as an excuse but the packages got to U.S within 1-2 weeks of the order being placed. So i ask to talk to his supervisor and he gives me a phone number to call if none of the packages come today TODAY 9/18/24. i Ask him is this that same robot or is it an actual person. He says its a person and laughs as if im not dead serious. i also asked him if any packages are in my name please hold them for me so i can get them. He responds with everything is automatically done and that they dont hands on deliver the package ( meaning a conveyor belt does all the work for them ). My packages are now somewhere that isnt my house and btw i forgot to mention the phone number the supervisor gave me, i called 3x no answer and it didnt even let me leave a voicemail. This post office is top tier lazy. They do not care about your packages and they even told me “if your package is under $1000 in value if the delivery is delayed or package is broken or busted, insurance cannot cover it and apparently the post office is legally not responsible. i think this guy is full of himself and hes a complete joke. if you knew my packages werent gonna come dont lie to a 17 year old kid thats just pathetic. i rate this terrible post office -2 stars. AND BTW IF YOU SEE THIS I WILL NOT FEEL REMOARSFUL THIS IS ACTUALLY RIDICULOUS

I don't know if she didn't get laid but the post office needs to check their employees. If you can't do the job of customer service then find another job or retire . Oh on top of all that. Her cell was ringing and she put me on hold to answer her phone.

I went to this post office 2 weeks ago with NO appointment to renew my daughters passport while the lady was a bit rude she never said we needed an appointment. we completed ALL of the paper work,she rang us up and and then said sorry we do not take that card. Ok so we come back this morning and we are greeted with no sorry that is a new passprot application and you need an appointment. I said no its a renewal we were just here .Nope sorry were fully booked, all i had to do was literally pay and why now do i need an appointment and why is this considered new when last we were bere it was juat a renewal.........these people are so nasty

Today is Wed 5/18 still haven't get it...called USPS and they said “ we don’t know what happened to the package 📦, do you wanna open a case and report it as lost?” Are you *** kidding me? How you dont know what happened to the package?.let me just stop nd hope non of my packages get to this location in the near future.
