- EEEAug 1, 20241.07/31/24 unprofessional Employee At around 3-4pm on 7/31/24 an employee at the front desk misunderstood the USPS shipment regulations. She stated batteries can never be shipped. Low volt batteries properly packaged get shipped all the time and it was shipped to me. I had to return them and the only representative working the line refused to ship my package. I asked for the supervisor but the employee was adamant about not helping me. The manager came out and could not convince the employee to do her job. The manager and I gave up. I just shipped this package from another post office… Please train your employees and have the up to date with protocols!
