Literally no one else waiting / there with us, and when we greeted her with friendliness and tried to inquire about the status of our (very expensive, priority overnighted) package - that never made it to our lake house despite following the homeowners’ exact instructions - she cut us off and interrupted us with such contempt and unprofessionalism. Such a disservice to the wonderful postal workers elsewhere.
