0 stars are not available. My mother had a package accidentally sent to her previous address. When she realized it she called the post office for them to hold it so I could pick them up. They said ok. Of course they still sent them. And talked to Dean a worker there who was rude on the phone, he said I'm only doing this once so change your address. Luckily they retrieved them. As representatives of the Postal System I would ha be expected a more understanding interaction. Do better Dean.

A package of special books was misrouted to Hyde Park from Springfield center. Misscanned in HP and put in the "mail stream" to correct PO. Now it isn't being tracked and no one knows where it is or when it might get to the right location.

They are not as effective. They keep telling these who wish to send me mail, or companies I order from I don't exist and there I'd no residence. When clearly, there are eletrics, and cable bills coming through as well. I'm very upset with the way they handle the situations, by dealing my fault... I wrote my dates right, and they couldn't read. I think they finally figured it out. I think.. we shall see.
